The Intercontinental Champion & new PWF Champion, "The Chosen One" Trent Ryan, made his way to the ring to talk about his victory this last Monday in the Elimination Chamber. He said it was only a matter of time before the N.E.W had all the gold but more importantly it was only a matter of time before he had the most prestigious title today. He then called out the rest of the N.E.W to celebrate with him but the music of Cash James played as he came out with Razor Steel and Ken Prime. James: "It's only a matter of time before we make an impact. So Trent, do you want to be apart of this? Or do you want to be a victim?" At that time a tall muscular man by the name of Jack Manson attacked Ryan from behind. As the ambush was going on Cash was making his way to the ring and talking on the mic. James: "I'm pretty sure you've seen the promos for my new client, "The Ripper" Jack Manson." Manson hit Ryan with a Tombstone Pile Driver. James: "And here is my other new client, Matt Cain." Cain came running down with his MRME briefcase, which contained a shot at the PWF title, and a referee. James: "Ring the bell. Cain is cashing in." The referee rang the bell for the match to begin.

Matt Cain def "The Chosen One" Trent Ryan to become the new PWF Champion. When the bell rang Cain simply pinned Ryan. Cash and his clients left the ring.

From the booth "JR" Jack Richards and Jake Louis welcomed everyone to the show as the Adrenaline theme song "Tick Tick Boom" by The Hives played in the background. A video package played of what happened before the break. And the camera showed Ryan trying to stand on his feet to leave the ring when he was kicked in the back of the head by De'Ron King, who had a referee with him and his own MRME briefcase, containing a Intercontinental title shot. He told the referee to start the match.

"The Jamaican Sensation" De'Ron King def "The Chosen One" Trent Ryan following the King's Kick to become the new Intercontinental Champion.

In the back PWF President Ned Turner was shown. He said he had an announcement to make. Turner: "After the watching the events of tonight and what has transpired, I have given complete thought as to how to deal with this. At our next pay-per-view, War, Matt Cain will defend his newly won PWF Championship against Trent Ryan. And now to the original announcement. At War there will be an incarnation of a new title to be defended on the Riot brand. Virgil Walker, GQ, & Kid will face of in a Three Way match to determine the first World Champion in PWF. Thank you."

The show came back as the rest of the N.E.W, who had just arrived, was shown talking frantically and angrily about what had happened to Ryan. William Stevens: "Matt & Kent you guys got a match next so get out there. I'll go talk to Turner."

World Tag Team Champions the Jade Boyz (Matt & Kent) def The Panthers (Sean Creed & Josh Styles) in a non-title contest following a Swanton Bomb from Matt to Creed in a non title contest. After the match Cash James made his way to the stage. James: "You know what, just winning the PWF title wasn't enough for me. I think we need a bigger impact. And it just happens that you guys are at the right place at the right time. Well for us." Razor Steel blasted Matt Jade from behind with his MRME case which contained a tag title shot as Ken Prime ambushed Kent. James brought a referee to the ring and the referee started the match at the demand of Steel who was cashing in his title shot.

Razor Steel & Ken Prime (W/ Cash James) def The Jade Boyz (Matt & Kent) to become the new World Tag Team Champions following a Steel Slam on Matt and A Prime Time Powerbomb on Kent. Richards: "I can't believe what just happened. Last week we all proclaimed the N.E.W as a dynasty and tonight the tag titles and PWF Championship were taking away from them at the hands of Cash James." Louis: "When James says he's going to make an impact, he puts his money where his mouth is."

As the show came back from commercial break William Stevens was shown in Ned Turner's office telling him what is going on tonight was a catastrophe. Turner said James isn't doing anything Williams wouldn't do. Stevens asked if he was going to do anything about it. Turner: "I understand James is looking for competition for the new wrestler Jack Manson. And since your here, well how about you get out and go lace those boots up because you're in the main event tonight!"

Colt Hero def Evan Steens following the Twisted Justice. After the match Hero kept the assault going until officials rushed the ring to split up the altercation.

"The Ripper" Jack Manson (w/ Cash James) def The Southern Champion William Stevens following the Tombstone Piledriver in a non-title contest. After the match James jumped in the ring and celebrated with Manson to close the show.
