From the booth "JR" Jack Richards and Jake Louis welcomed everyone to the show as the Adrenaline theme song "Tick Tick Boom" by The Hives played in the background. They talked about the biggest event of the summer, Beach Blast, going down next Monday and tonight the venue will be announced. Also all six members of the Elimination Chamber match for the PWF Championship will be in action against each other starting now.

Karen caught PWF Champion Nick Foster coming through the curtain and asked him on his thoughts going into Beach Blast. Foster: "I will use everything that my body and that chamber is capable of to keep possession of this title."
Ken Prime & Razor Steel (w/ Cash James) def Brash N Class (Kevin & Rich) following the Steel Slam from Steel to Rich. The Phatals watched from the staged as the World Tag Team Champions, the Jade Boyz, watched from a monitor in the locker room of the N.E.W.

Matt Cain def Evan Steens following the Last Rites. After the match Colt Hero ran down to the ring and tried to hit Cain with the Twisted Justice, but Cain pushed off and sent Hero into Steens who hit him with the Overdrive.
A vignette was aired. It showed highlights of Mick Foley's Cactus Jack persona in the original ECW days. Then a muscular man that stood 6'7" in the image of Cactus Jack Stood in an alley way close to the ECW Arena. The picture faded out and words came on the screen that read "A new hardcore icon is coming. "The Ripper" Jack Manson"

The Phatals (Jax & Donny) def the World Tag Team Champions the Jade Boyz (Matt & Kent) following the Falcons Arrow from Jax to Kent. Following the match Brash N Class rushed the ring and attacked both teams. All three teams began to brawl as Cash James and his team of Razor Steel and Ken Prime watched from the stage.
