From the booth "JR" Jack Richards and Jake Louis welcomed everyone to the show as the Adrenaline theme song "Tick Tick Boom" by The Hives played in the background. They recapped all that happened last week on Adrenaline between the N.E.W and what is now being called Cash Inc., James Cash's group of clients. Tonight's main event will be Jack Manson & PWF Champion Matt Cain of Cash Inc. facing the Southern Champion William Stevens & Trent Ryan of the N.E.W.

In the Locker Room of the N.E.W William Stevens asked Kid if he would be out there with them in their corner tonight in the main event. Kid said he doesn't know and he has to worry about the World title match at War. Kid then took his Internet title and Lacy Velvet and left the locker room.
"The Best" Virgil Walker def Internet Champion Kid (w/ Lady's Champion Lacy Velvet) following the BPE in a non-title contest. Louis: "Walker has defeated both of his opponents at War in less than a week. He's my favorite going into the World Championship match."

A video review of De'Ron King winning the Intercontinental Championship last week was shown.
World Tag Team Champions Ken Prime & Razor Steel (w/ Cash James) def Intercontinental Champion De'Ron King & Honda Yamato following the Steel Slam on Yamato in a non-title contest. After the match James stepped in the ring with a mic and said if the Jade Boyz want their titles back to come get them. The Jade Boyz ran to the ring and fought Prime & Steel. Steel lifted Matt Jade in the air in a press slam position and tossed him from the ring into the crowd. Prime hit the Prime Time Powerbomb on Kent before he and his partner left the ring.

On split-screen, the N.E.W, William Stevens & Trent Ryan, were shown on one side as Cash Inc., Jack Manson & PWF Champion Matt Cain, were shown making their way to the ring.

Cash Inc. ("The Ripper" Jack Manson & PWF Champion Matt Cain)(w/ Cash James) wrestled the N.E.W (Southern Champion William Stevens & Trent Ryan) to a 20 minute time limit draw. The N.E.W was frustrated as Cash Inc. walked away with a sense of satisfaction. Richards: "How far will this new faction war go?"
